  • Introducing the all-new SafetyCam experience — faster, smarter, and accessible on both web and mobile platforms. Designed for a more intuitive and efficient workflow, this enhanced interface simplifies video telematics management and enables quicker responses to safety-related incidents. 
  • We’ve introduced AutoPay, a new feature in the Billing tab under the Admin module that allows customers to set up secure, automatic recurring payments via ACH or credit card. This enhancement simplifies the payment process, reduces missed payments, and helps avoid late fees and service interruptions. 

Improvements:

  • The New SafetyCam experience now launches by default in the Azuga web portal, offering enhanced functionality and a refreshed interface. A dropdown under the SafetyCam tab allows users to switch between the New and Classic views, supporting adoption while preserving user choice. 
  • Refurbished Basic SafetyCam and AI SafetyCam units may display minor cosmetic variations but have no impact on performance or reliability. Each device is fully tested, certified, and guaranteed to meet strict quality and operational standards. 
  • Collision Detection is now available for OEM vehicles, expanding this functionality beyond Datalogger devices. This enhancement provides better visibility and improved reporting across fleets using supported OEMs. 
  • We’ve introduced key improvements to the Geofence selection experience in Azuga Fleet's Live Map. These updates improve usability, speed, and filtering, making it easier to manage and view geofences.

We’ve introduced AutoPay, a new feature in the Billing tab under the Admin module that allows customers to set up secure, automatic recurring payments via ACH or credit card. With AutoPay, you can securely set up automatic recurring payments using ACH or a credit card, helping you avoid late fees, reduce service interruptions, and simplify your billing process.

Key Updates: 

  • Set Up: Enable AutoPay anytime you make a payment to keep your account up to date automatically. 
  • Save on Fees: ACH/Bank Transfer is set as the default method to help reduce processing costs. 
  • Control Your Payments: A Max Debit Amount is automatically calculated, so you always know your payment limits. 
  • Quick Access: A shareable link to your payment page is available right from the Billing screen. You can easily copy this link using the link button and share it with anyone who needs to make a payment. 

All payment information is handled securely in PCI-compliant systems, so you can pay with confidence.

  • New SafetyCam Experience: Now the default view for all users, offering improved functionality and an enhanced user interface. 
  • View Switch Option: A dropdown menu under the SafetyCam tab allows users to toggle between: 
  • New — Access the updated SafetyCam experience (default) 
  • Classic — Return to the previous SafetyCam interface if needed 

Users will automatically land on the New SafetyCam experience when clicking the tab, with the option to switch views as preferred. This update encourages broader adoption of the enhanced experience while preserving flexibility for users.

  • Event Display on Breadcrumb: Collision detection events now appear on the breadcrumb trail, enabling users to view both real-time and historical incidents. 
  • Report Integration: Collision events are included in the Collision Detection Report, Summary Report, Trips Report, and Breadcrumb Report, with detailed information such as timestamps and vehicle data. 
  • Email Alerts: Automated alerts are sent to fleet managers and admins when a collision detection event occurs, supporting faster response and awareness. 

This update helps centralize incident monitoring and enhances reporting capabilities for fleets using OEM-connected vehicles.

We’ve introduced key improvements to the Geofence selection experience in Azuga Fleet's Live Map. These updates improve usability, speed, and filtering, making it easier to manage and view geofences.

We’ve enhanced the Fleet Live Map with a redesigned Geofence User Experience to give you better visibility, control, and ease of use. The new interface streamlines how you search, select, and manage geofences, making daily operations faster and more intuitive. ​ 

We’ve moved and redesigned the Geofence interface to make it easier to access and more intuitive to use.​  

Where to Find It:​ Fleet > Live Map > Map Options > Geofences​ 

Previously, geofences were managed under the Filter section of the Live Map. With this update, you’ll now find a dedicated Geofence Selection panel under Map Options, giving you a clearer and more organized way to search, select, and manage geofences.​
