How to Set Up and Manage AutoPay for Your Azuga Invoices

Overview

AutoPay is a convenient feature that lets Azuga automatically charge your saved payment method for invoices as they become due. This helps you avoid late fees, missed payments, and service interruptions — all while saving time and effort. You can securely enroll in AutoPay from your Azuga account from the Billing section under Admin in Azuga Fleet.

Please note this is not available for all customers.

How to Set Up AutoPay

  1. Log in to Your Azuga Account
  • Go to Admin Module > Billing Tab.
  1. Enable AutoPay
  • On the Invoices page, check the “Enable AutoPay” box. This checkbox is selected by default.

  1. Enter Payment Details
  • Add your preferred payment method — either ACH (bank transfer) or credit card.
  1. Complete Payment
  • Submit your payment to cover any current invoice and activate recurring AutoPay for future invoices.

AutoPay Payment Methods

  • ACH (Preferred): Avoids processing fees.
  • Credit Card: Accepted for AutoPay.
    • Starting in July 2025, a modest surcharge of 2.85% (where permitted by state law) will be applied to credit card transactions. This adjustment helps us cover the processing fees associated with credit card payments, ensuring we can maintain our high standards of service. Please consider the alternative bank transfer/ACH payment method at no additional charge.

Shareable Payment Link

  • A shareable link to your payment page is available on the Billing screen. This link may also be included in invoice emails and can be accessed without login, making it easier for authorized users to complete payment or enable AutoPay.

When Will I Be Charged?

  • AutoPay will charge your selected payment method between 1:00 AM and 4:00 AM PST on your invoice due date.

Paying Before Due Date

  • Even if AutoPay is active, you can still pay early using the Billing screen with your preferred method.

What If a Payment Fails?

  • Azuga will attempt to charge your payment method up to three times over three days. If all attempts fail, AutoPay will be automatically deactivated, and the Azuga Orders team will reach out to resolve the issue.

Changing or Updating Payment Information

  • You can update your payment method anytime by revisiting the Billing screen and submitting new ACH or credit card details. Changes take effect immediately.

Disabling AutoPay

  • To turn off AutoPay, please contact Azuga Support by email or phone at (888) 790-0715.
