How can I enable OEM-Connected Telematics for my Stellantis vehicle?

To activate this solution for Stellantis vehicles, follow these steps: 

  1. Check vehicle compatibility:
    1. Submit the Vehicle VIN for any Stellantis vehicles (2018 or newer) by emailing it to Azuga sales representative or customercare@azuga.com.
    2. The team will confirm which vehicles are supported and provide additional instructions for activation over email.
  2. Review the OEM offering and place an order through your Azuga Sales representative or Customer care team.
  3. Complete the Fleet Owner Consent Declaration Form - Stellantis and share it with the Azuga sales representative by replying to the email you received from them.
  4. Once you have been successfully onboarded, take the first trip to confirm that your vehicle is being tracked on the Azuga portal:
    1. Navigate to the Live Maps to see the live location of the vehicle.
    2. Drill down to the Live Maps-Breadcrumb to view detailed trips and events.
