How can I enable OEM-Connected Telematics for my Stellantis vehicle?
To activate this solution for Stellantis vehicles, follow these steps:
- Check vehicle compatibility:
- Submit the Vehicle VIN for any Stellantis vehicles (2018 or newer) by emailing it to Azuga sales representative or customercare@azuga.com.
- The team will confirm which vehicles are supported and provide additional instructions for activation over email.
- Review the OEM offering and place an order through your Azuga Sales representative or Customer care team.
- Complete the Fleet Owner Consent Declaration Form - Stellantis and share it with the Azuga sales representative by replying to the email you received from them.
- Once you have been successfully onboarded, take the first trip to confirm that your vehicle is being tracked on the Azuga portal:
- Navigate to the Live Maps to see the live location of the vehicle.
- Drill down to the Live Maps-Breadcrumb to view detailed trips and events.
