To activate this solution for Ford vehicles, follow these steps: 

  1. Check vehicle compatibility:
    1. Submit the Vehicle VIN for any Ford vehicles (2018 or newer) by emailing it to Azuga sales representative or customercare@azuga.com.
    2. The team will confirm which vehicles are supported and provide additional instructions for activation over email.
  2. Review the OEM offering and place an order through your Azuga Sales representative or Customer care team.
  3. Activate the OEM Telematics solution for your Ford vehicle by providing consent and enabling the CCS settings in the vehicle. Refer to the Activating the Ford Vehicles for OEM Telematics document for detailed steps.
  4. Share the email confirmation with the Azuga representative when the activation process is completed.
  5. Take the first trip to confirm that your vehicle is being tracked on the Azuga portal:
    1. Navigate to the Live Maps to see the live location of the vehicle.
    2. Drill down to the Live Maps-Breadcrumb to view detailed trips and events.
