How do i generate a Stops report?

The Stops Report shows you how long vehicles in your fleet were stopped at a particular location. It provides information such as your vehicle halt timestamp, location, and driver name. Azuga calculates Stop Time based on the times of Ignition ON and OFF.


To generate a Stops report:

1. Log in to the Azuga Web application.

2. Navigate to the Stops page, under the Reports tab.

3. Using the date picker, select a time frame. (Date range should be 93 days or less.)

4. Select Vehicle or Driver to Run report by.

5. Select the groups/vehicles you want to include in the report. 

6. Select the Asset Tag from the Drop down.

7. Choose landmarks to include in the report.

8. Select a duration in the Show stops longer than or equal to and Exclude stops longer than filter.

9. Click Generate Report.

To export the Report in PDF or XLSX format to your system, click the Export button.

Note: This report can be scheduled to run at regular intervals. This will automatically generate the report and send it to you via email. For more information on scheduling a report, see section https://fleet-azuga.helpscoutdocs.com/article/450-how-to-schedule-a-report
