Introducing the “AI SafetyCam Status” report - an innovative functionality meticulously crafted to assist both our internal team and customers in promptly addressing inquiries related to AI cameras. The report highlights potential issues with SD cards or cameras and provides recommended solutions, detailed within the report itself. This proactive approach ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience, eliminating any potential inconvenience

In recent times, instances were observed where customers faced challenges in retrieving videos for critical events. The unavailability of videos was often due to problems with the SD card or with the camera itself. We understand that, from a customer perspective, the expectation is for the camera to be operational at all times.

To address this challenge, we have developed the “AI SafetyCam Status” report, an innovative feature designed to provide proactive monitoring of the health of AI cameras. This report not only provides important information regarding the report, but also plays a significant role in supporting the assistance team. By actively identifying and displaying potential issues, it provides them with the insight to resolve concerns quickly, ensuring a smooth and reliable customer experience.

Note: This feature enhancement is only applicable to customers with AI cameras.
