Feature Gap

The Service Entries page under the Maintenance module now defaults to "All '' as the timeframe option, providing users with the flexibility to access their data from the inception of the vehicle

Previously, the default selection for the timeframe option on the Service Entries page under the Maintenance module was already set to β€œThis month” when the user arrived at the page. This resulted in the complete history of service performed on a specific vehicle or group of vehicles not being displayed in the Service Entries table, which is not desirable given that the user wants to access the data from the inception of the vehicle.

Additionally, users could only access their data for 365 days and no longer. However, Classic Fleet provides users with access to their data from the inception of the vehicle. They found this experience to be unsatisfactory since the 365 day data limit was too restrictive for them, as they wanted to monitor their fleet for a longer period of time.

With this enhancement, the timeframe choice will now be set to "All'' by default, allowing users to see the entire history of the data as soon as they arrive on the Service Entries page. Users can continue to filter the data by selecting a suitable time frame. However, the default view of the Service Entries page will show all data since the vehicle's inception.

Improvement

A number of enhancements have been made to the Service Entries page under the Maintenance module that includes pagination of the entries, addition of the "Show entries" option, and a parameter drop-down menu for quick data retrieval

We have implemented various enhancements on the Service Entries page under the Maintenance module to allow users to quickly and easily find the data they need on the table, instead of having to manually scroll through the entries.

These enhancements include:

  • In the Service Entries table, the entries are paginated in the same manner as they appear on the Classic Fleet.
  • The "Show entries" option has been added to the table to control the number of entries to be displayed on the screen.

  • Along with the search bar, we have also added a drop-down menu with the following parameters:
    • All
    • Service Type
    • Vehicle/Asset
    • Service Center
    • Asset No
    • Category
    • Group Name
    • Invoice Number
