How do I access a form using the Azuga FleetMobile application?

1. From your DASHBOARD, tap on the WORK tile.

2. Tap on the FORMS tile to get the list of forms assigned to you.

3. From the list, tap on a form and fill out the form with appropriate details.

4. Tap on the submit button.
