How do I order a replacement for my device?

1. From the DASHBOARD, tap BUY MORE.

2. Tap REPLACEMENTS.

3. Choose the type of device you want to replace.

4. Input the Device Serial Number. This can be done in two ways:

  • By scanning the barcode of the device
  • By manually entering the serial number

5. Tap Next.

6. Enter the Shipping Address.

7. Tap Place Request.

8. If everything goes through successfully, you will be presented with an order confirmation number.
