I want to know how am I performing when compared to my group?

Navigate to Dashboard > Scores to see your overall score and the top performers in your group. 

If you tap on Show All, you will gain access to the leaderboard where you can visually understand where you stand in terms of ranking and scores with respect to your peers. Tap on a name to see the scorecard of that driver.
