Do I lose my scores if I do not drive for more than a week?

Scores are calculated on the daily basis based on the driving pattern. So, if the vehicle is not driven for a week, there won't be any scores for the week. However, you could still have a monthly and/or quarterly score if trips have been made during these periods.
