Can I cancel a roadside assistance request after submitting it?

Yes, you can cancel a request. However, this is not possible if:

• The ETA is than 15 minutes or less
• The status of the request is Approaching, On-Site, Vehicle Loaded, or Vehicle Dropped, Completed.
