How to use the real-time search engine for better results?
Azuga Routes real-time search engine provides a powerful solution to help you search your multi-stop routes for specific information or locate your optimized routes, delivery addresses, prospect details, and orders based on the information that they contain. It is accessed through the universal search bar located at the top of the Routes List, Routes Map, Address Book List, Address Book Map, Route Editor, Optimizations, Activity Feed, etc.
The search bar can be used on multiple screens in the Azuga Routes Route Optimization Web platform and has different behavior depending on the screen where it is used.
On the Routes List, Routes Map and Optimizations screens, the search can be applied to the following fields:
Route Name;
- Alias;
- Address (full or truncated);
- First Name;
- Last Name;
- Email;
- Phone Number;
- Custom Data;
- Route Notes.
Using the search bar on any of these screens will only display the multi-stop routes that contain the requested information in any of the specified fields.
Search Routes Within Your Address Book Contacts and Orders
On the Address Book List, Address Book Map, and Orders screens, the search engine can be applied to the following fields:
Alias;
Address;
First Name;
Last Name;
Email;
Phone Number;
Custom Data.
Search Within an Individual Route
In the Route Editor, the search can be applied to the following fields:
- Route Name;
- Alias;
- Address (full or truncated);
- First Name;
- Last Name;
- Email;
- Phone Number;
- Custom Data;
- Route Notes.
When searching inside the Route Editor, the search engine will:
- Display an autocomplete list of addresses that contain the searched information;
- Highlight the addresses on the Map, by displaying a yellow circle around them;
- Locate the stop that contains the search information.
