How do I assign a vehicle to the route on the Azuga Routes web application?
Azuga Routes allows you to easily assign a particular user or vehicle to any planned multi-stop route, when you are planning a new route or to an already planned route.
Assign a Vehicle When Specifying the Route Parameters: You can assign a user and/or a vehicle to a route in the process of specifying its parameters. This action is especially recommended when you are planning a route for a single driver or multiple routes for the same driver.
1. Navigate to the User tab when specifying the route parameters and select the vehicle that you want to assign to the route from the corresponding drop-down list.
2. Once the route has been planned and optimized, you can view the assigned vehicle in the corresponding columns in the Routes List.
Assigning a Vehicle to a Route from the Routes List:
1. First, navigate to your Routes List and then, click on the gear icon next to the route you want to assign the Vehicle and click on the Assign Vehicle.
2. Then, select the vehicle that you want to assign to the route from the drop-down list and click Apply.
3. Once you assigned the Vehicle to the route, the name of the assigned vehicle is displayed in the Vehicle column in the Routes List.
Alternatively, click on the Assign Vehicle button in the Vehicle column in the Routes List.
Assign a Vehicle to a Route from the Routes Map:
1. First, click on the gear icon next to the corresponding route and select Assign Vehicle from the options menu.
2. Then, select the vehicle that you want to assign to the route from the drop-down list and click Apply.
3. Once you assigned the Vehicle to the route, it is displayed so in the Vehicle column in the Routes Map.
