How to save customer location data in the address book?

The Global Address Book is a centralized database where you and your team members can securely store the information about customers’ locations, depots, commercial facilities, warehouses, and any other relevant prospects or real-world locations.

By default, all sub-users associated with the primary Azuga Routes account (except for the Account Owner and Admin with global permissions) have access only to their own Address Book that contains the addresses created by them or their sub-users.

By default, only the Account Owner and Administrator(s) have access to the Global Address Book.

By default, all sub-users associated with the primary Azuga Routes account (except for the Account Owner and Admin(s)) have access only to their own Address Book that contains the addresses created by them or their sub-users.

With Azuga Routes near real-time data synchronization, when any sub-user saves a new address to their Address Book from the Web Platform or mobile apps, this address is automatically synchronized with the primary Azuga Routes account and instantly becomes available in the Global Address Book.

The Account Owner and Admins can give their sub-users access to the Global Address Book using the Global Address Book permission in the Company Visibility settings.

Once the Global Address Book permission is enabled for a sub-user, this sub-user can view and edit all addresses in the Global Address Book accordingly.

The Global Address Book is synchronized in near real-time so that when a particular sub-user is granted access to the Global Address Book from the Web Platform, this user can view and edit all addresses in the Global Address Book from the  Web Platform or mobile apps.
