How to utilize Azuga Routes analytics and reporting dashboard?

To utilize your Azuga Routes account analytics and reporting dashboard, Navigate to the Dashboard section from the navigation menu. The Dashboard is divided into three main sections

A) Filters that are used for filtering, sorting, and grouping all data displayed in the Dashboard: All data displayed in your Dashboard can be filtered for any available date or date range. To filter the data in your Dashboard by date, first, click on the calendar and then select either one of the available time ranges or use any preferred custom date range accordingly. 

To view the real-time performance of your organization for the current date, you can select the current day in the calendar, and the data displayed in the Dashboard will be automatically updated.         

NOTE: When filtering data in the Dashboard by day, your Dashboard shows information of the routes that are scheduled for the selected date or for the days within the selected date range.     

You can also filter all data displayed in your Dashboard by any member of your team. To do so, select one or multiple team members from the corresponding drop-down list in the top left corner of the filters section.     

When you select a user that has one or multiple sub-users, your Dashboard can automatically display all data generated by the selected user and their sub-users. To do so, after selecting a user with one or multiple sub-users, check the Include All Sub-Users in the Report box.

B) Totals section that displays top-level progress figures: The Totals section of your Dashboard displays top-level progress figures of the selected team members for the selected day or date range. To customize the Totals section, first, click on the three dots menu icon and then select what items you want to be displayed in your Totals section by checking the corresponding boxes.   

C) Graphs section that shows detailed comparison and statistical information about the performance of your entire fleet: The Graphs section of your Dashboard displays detailed comparison and statistical information about the performance of the selected Team Members for the selected day or date range. To adjust the Graphs section, first, click on the three dots menu icon and then select what charts you want to be displayed in your Graphs section by checking the corresponding boxes.

Azuga Routes allows you to group the data in your Dashboard by a particular date or date range, as well as by the stop types present in your optimized routes. To group the data displayed in your Dashboard by day, select the corresponding grouping option.

To group the data displayed in your Dashboard by stop type, select the corresponding grouping option.

When grouping data by stop type, your Dashboard groups the displayed data by each stop type that is present in the routes scheduled for the selected day or date range. Thus, you can easily learn how many pick-up, delivery, and other stops a particular driver has for the given date, how many of them are already visited, how many are scheduled, and so on.

To export reports from your Dashboard, first, apply the preferred data filters to make sure you are exporting the right data. Next, click on the β€œExport” button in the top right corner of the Dashboard and then select the preferred export option from the menu.
