I don’t see some of my vehicles on Live Maps, but they are listed under Admin >> Vehicle. Why is it so?

Live Maps display information on the latest activities of your fleet. Any vehicles which have not reported its location for 7 or more days will drop off Live Maps. 

For example, if a vehicle named ‘12- Jane’s Car’ did not have any activity for 10 days, it will be shown on Live Maps, with an ignition OFF state, for 7 days. After 7 days, the vehicle will no longer be shown on this page. 

However, details of ‘12-Jane’s Car’ will always be available under Admin > Vehicles page. 

From the time a vehicle is added to your account, information pertaining to that vehicle will always be present under Admin > Vehicles, unless that vehicle is deleted.
