Is there a way to download or extract full resolution (1080p) video directly from the SD card of the camera?

By default, the SD card records and stores videos at 720p. However, we can make changes to record 1080p videos directly on the SD card.

However, note that the duration of footage will be reduced by half on the SD card before it is overwritten with new videos. Please reach out to customercare@azuga.com for more information on the changes.
