How long the SafetyCam videos can be requested for?

The event videos can be requested from the web application for a period of up to 12 months.

We have the ability to generate event videos for a period of up to 5 years. Please note that any video requested for a period of more than 24 months would incur a nominal charge which depends on the size of the video size, number of videos requested.
