Why does the SafetyCam record event video when the vehicle is stationary?

By default, the SafetyCam records HardBraking, Hardcore Braking, Sudden Acceleration event videos, so if the vehicle is stationary those events will not be recorded as there is no movement. However, a Button Pressed event can contain a stationary event, as it is a manually triggered event by the driver.
