Does the SafetyCam trigger any alerts if the camera is placed facing the roof/hood of the vehicle?

SafetyCam will record the videos irrespective of how it is placed on the vehicle as long as it is receiving proper power supply of 12V and is connected to the device.

Note: A popular area to mount the SafetyCam is behind the rearview mirror so it does not obstruct the view.

It will not trigger any alert if the camera is placed facing the roof.
