What is an Unauthorized Occupant Count alert? How do I create this alert?

An Unauthorized Occupant Count alert informs you if the number of occupants in a vehicle is more than a set threshold.

For example, if you do not want more than two drivers in a vehicle, you can set this alert with a threshold as 2 occupants. Each time a third driver enters this vehicle you will receive an email alert notifying you about the same.
