Force Logout (Session Timeout)
This feature enables administrators to define an idle session timeout for the Web Admin UI. When a
user remains inactive beyond the configured duration, their session is automatically terminated, requiring re-authentication to continue.
Where to Access
- Go to Admin → Config → Web → Login
- Enable the Force Logout option
- Set the desired session timeout duration (5–90 minutes)
- Save the configuration
This setting is visible across all customer accounts (CIDs).

What’s New
You can now set an idle timeout duration (5–90 minutes) for the Web Admin UI.
If a user is inactive beyond the configured time:
- They will be automatically logged out
- They will need to re-authenticate to continue using the platform
This helps ensure that unattended sessions do not remain open.
Key Behavior
- The feature is turned OFF by default
- It can be enabled by Fleet Manager (Customer Admin)
- Once enabled, it cannot be turned off, but the timeout duration can be adjusted anytime
- Azuga SuperUser may assist with configuration if needed
