2. Filters:
The revamped dashboard introduces expanded filtering options.
Previously, the dashboard supported only a TSP (Telematics Service Provider) filter. The new version supports additional filters including:
- Fleet Size
- Industry
- Region
- Fleet Group
These filters allow insurance program managers to analyze safety performance across specific segments of their program portfolio.

3. Dashboard Navigation:
To improve usability, the dashboard now uses section-based navigation. A sticky navigation bar allows users to quickly jump between sections within the same page.
Available sections:
- Overview
- Performance
- Compliance
- Risk Distribution

Clicking any section instantly scrolls from the dashboard to the corresponding content area. This eliminates long scrolling and improves the discoverability of key analytics.
4. Dashboard Interactivity:
- Most charts, cards, and visualizations in the Program Dashboard are now interactive and clickable.
- Users can click on chart segments or data points to view the fleets contributing to that specific category.
- From the drill-down view, users can navigate directly to the Fleet Dashboard for deeper analysis.
Section Details:
1. Overview Section:
The Overview section provides a high-level summary of program activity and safety performance. It includes the following three key components:
1.A. Account Focus:
Highlights the most critical metrics of the telematics program. It provides a snapshot of key program-level metrics, including:
This section provides a quick understanding of program scale and operational activity.

1.B. Policy Focus:
Displays the count of Azuga fleet policies that are scheduled for renewal within the next 3–6 months.
This section enables insurance partners to proactively monitor fleets approaching renewal periods. It includes the following metrics:
- Upcoming Azuga Renewals
- Policy Violations

1.C. Program Distribution:
Shows how fleets are distributed based on their overall safety/risk score ranges.
The Program Distribution chart replaces the earlier risk classification pie chart and provides a more granular view of fleet safety scores. Instead of grouping fleets into broad categories such as Low Risk, Medium Risk, and High Risk, the new dashboard categorizes fleets into specific score buckets, including:
This approach allows insurers to better understand the severity and distribution of risk across different score ranges. For example:
- A fleet with a score of 400–499 indicates moderate safety risk compared to fleets in lower score ranges.
- A fleet with a score of 0–99 represents a significantly higher safety risk.
This granular classification helps insurers more accurately identify risk concentration and safety performance trends within their fleet portfolio.

Clicking a bar in the chart opens a detailed view showing the fleets within that score range. Fleet names in the list are clickable and navigate directly to the individual Fleet Dashboard.

2. Performance Section:
The Performance section highlights fleets based on their safety performance and risk trends within the program. It displays fleet insights in a tabular format and allows users to view performance using two different analysis modes:
- Fleet Trend
- Score Trend
Users can switch between these views using the dropdown selector available in the top-right corner of the section. Additionally, the table includes two tabs:
- High Risk Fleets
- Top Performing Fleets
These tabs allow users to quickly focus on fleets with declining safety performance or fleets that are demonstrating strong safety improvements.
2.A Fleet Trend:
The Fleet Trend view evaluates fleet performance based on AI-driven safety trends over the last three months, identifying fleets with improving or declining safety performance. This AI-powered analysis helps insurers quickly identify behavior patterns contributing to fleet risk.
The table includes the following information:
Fleet names in the list are clickable and navigate directly to the individual Fleet Dashboard.

2.B. Score Trend:
The Score Trend view evaluates fleet performance based on fleet safety scores. Unlike the Fleet Trend view, it ranks fleets based on their overall safety score performance. The table includes the following information:
Fleet names in the list are clickable and navigate directly to the individual Fleet Dashboard.
Fleet scores are calculated using the scoring model enabled for the program:
- Azuga Safety Score
- Milliman Risk Score
The scoring model used depends on the configuration of the insurance program.

3. Compliance Section:
The Compliance section focuses on device installation and connectivity health. This section consolidates device-related insights for the entire program.
3.A. Device Focus:
Displays counts for:
