Azuga - SafetyIQ 15.0.0 Updates

Improvement

Business Reports in SafetyIQ have been enhanced to make insights easier to understand and use. These improvements simplify how data is presented and give users more flexibility, helping them quickly spot trends and compare performance.

Business Reports in SafetyIQ have been enhanced based on customer usage and internal insights to improve clarity, customization, and analytical depth, making trends easier to interpret across reports.

Key Enhancements:

Clearer Fleet/ Group Summary Metrics:

  • The Active Vehicle KPI has been renamed to Active Vehicles/Assets to accurately reflect combined vehicle and asset data.

Refined Score Trend Structure:

  • A new Score Trend section is introduced under Fleet/Group Distribution to improve trend visibility in published reports.
  • The Score Trend now includes only:
    • Safety Score
    • Speeding Score
    • Braking Score
    • Acceleration Score

  • A dedicated Idling Trend section displays idling-specific insights independently.

Enhanced Score Trend Data Representation:

  • All score trend graphs, including SafetySpeedingBrakingAcceleration, and Idling, now represent:
    • Driver counts for the selected cohort
    • Average score for that cohort
  • These metrics are displayed on a month-by-month basis for the selected time period, enabling clearer trend comparison and performance analysis.

Expanded Idling Insights:

  • Idling is now represented as an Idling Percentage in a new dedicated section called Idling Trend. This metric is calculated as idling time relative to total drive time.
  • Month-over-month idling percentages are now available, making trends easier to interpret compared to raw idling scores.

Improved Report Customization:

  • In addition to adding or removing entire sections, users can now add or remove individual data points within a section.
  • This provides greater flexibility when tailoring Business Reports to specific audiences or use cases.

Enhanced Benchmarking Metrics:

  • Benchmarking now includes additional metrics beyond Events per 100 Miles.
  • Newly added benchmarks include:
    • Posted Speed Limit (PSL) events per 100 miles
    • Speeding events per 100 miles
    • Braking events per 100 miles
    • Acceleration events per 100 miles

  • Benchmarking behavior has been refined based on the selected benchmark type:
    • When benchmarking by Fleet Size, the available comparison options are:
      • Other fleets in your account
      • Last year’s performance
    • When benchmarking by SIC code, the available comparison options are:
      • Other fleets in your account
      • Last year’s performance
    • This ensures more relevant and consistent benchmark comparisons based on the selected benchmarking criteria.

Extended Data Range and Visual Improvements:

  • Business Reports now support a 15-month data range, extended from the previous 12 months.
  • All trend and line charts display values directly on the charts, improving readability and making trends easier to interpret at a glance.
  • Fonts and visual elements have been refined, with font sizes increased to 16px, to improve overall clarity, presentation, and readability in published reports.
  • An issue where top chart headers were getting cut off has been fixed.
  • An Azuga logo has been added alongside the SafetyIQ logo to ensure consistent branding in the published Business Report.

Expanded AI Insights Availability:

  • AI Insights are ensured to be available when a 3-month date range is selected, including last-quarter views.
  • This enables more meaningful short-term and quarterly performance analysis, particularly for recent periods.
  • This was addressed as a consistency fix to ensure AI Insights appear whenever included in the selected time range.
Note: All enhancements apply to Business Reports across INSCOReseller, and Direct accounts.
