AI Insights are now available on the Program Dashboard for Insurance and Reseller customers, providing a quick, program-wide view of safety trends and performance.

AI Insights are now available on the Program Dashboard for Insurance and Reseller customers.

Previously, AI Insights were available only on the Fleet Dashboard at the individual fleet level. This update makes it easier for program owners to quickly understand trends and performance through AI-generated insights across the entire program.

Key Capabilities:

Program-level AI Insights
- Available directly on the Program Dashboard
- Summarizes trends and performance across all fleets in the program
- Ideal for programs managing hundreds of fleets at once
One-click understanding
- The AI Insights button provides a concise narrative view
- Helps users quickly understand overall safety performance, trends, and patterns
- Reduces the need to manually analyze multiple fleets individually

Important:

AI Insights on the Program Dashboard are generated using a minimum of 6–12 months of historical data for each fleet in the program. These insights are independent of the calendar date range selected on the dashboard.
Fleets that do not have sufficient historical data will not be included in the AI Insights summary.

This enhancement allows program owners to:

Monitor large portfolios more efficiently
Identify emerging risk patterns across fleets
Make faster, more informed decisions at scale
