Improvements Deep Dive:
Bulk Driver Upload – Improved Error Visibility & Accurate Counts
Previously, when driver records failed during a bulk upload, the system did not clearly display the failure count, making it difficult for administrators to identify issues and take corrective action.
With this enhancement, the system now accurately displays the number of failed driver records along with the updated driver count after each upload. This improvement helps administrators quickly review upload outcomes, identify errors, and confidently manage driver data with greater transparency and control.

Terminal Bulk Upload – Improved Validation & Error Visibility
Previously, when uploading terminal records in bulk, the system displayed only one validation error per upload attempt. Users had to repeatedly fix issues and re-upload the file to identify additional errors, which slowed down the workflow.
With this update, the system now validates the entire file in a single upload and displays all validation errors together. This allows administrators to quickly review issues, correct them in one pass, and successfully complete terminal bulk uploads with better visibility, efficiency, and control.

ELD Alert Emails – Terminal Information Added
Previously, alert emails did not display terminal information, requiring users to log in to the portal to identify which terminal a driver or device belonged to. This made it harder for fleet managers to respond quickly.
With this update, ELD alert emails now clearly include the associated terminal information, allowing customers to immediately identify the relevant terminal directly from the email. Additionally, the trailer icon has been replaced with a more appropriate icon to better represent the alert context.
This enhancement improves clarity, reduces the need for portal access, and enables faster
decision making for fleet operations.

Billable Setting Visibility and Access Update
Previously, the Billable option was not consistently visible to all customers, which caused confusion during account creation and management.
With this update, the Billable radio button is now visible to all customers by default, with the value set to True. To maintain proper control and prevent unintended changes, only root users have permission to edit or modify the Billable setting.
This improvement ensures better transparency for customers while preserving administrative control, resulting in a clearer and more secure account management experience.
