Azuga - SafetyIQ Release Updates

Build Your Own Business Reports (BYOBRs) – in Just a Few Clicks

With SafetyIQ, generating Business Reports is faster and simpler than ever!

Create Quarterly Business Reports (QBR) or Yearly Business Reports (YBR) for any fleet and date range, all in just a few clicks from your dashboard.

Each report brings together key analytics on fleet details, safety scores, benchmarking, trip patterns, and utilization trends, giving you a clear view of performance and risk across your operations.

Gain full control of your fleet insights with intuitive, easy-to-read reports that help you spot trends, track progress, and strengthen your fleet’s overall risk profile.

The new Business Reports module is a major enhancement to the SafetyIQ platform, empowering users to instantly generate fleet-level performance summaries and risk insights. It delivers consistent, and data-driven reports that enable smarter decision-making, faster partner engagement, and improved operational visibility.

Previously, generating such reports required extensive coordination between Customer Success Managers (CSMs), the custom reporting team, and partners, often taking several days or even weeks.

The new Business Reports module streamlines this process, enabling both internal users (CSMs) and external partners, including resellers and insurance providers, to independently create and publish fleet-specific performance reports directly from SafetyIQ in just a few clicks.

Where to Access:

  • The existing Custom Analytics tab has been renamed to Business Analytics, marking the transition of SafetyIQ into Azuga’s business analytics platform.
  • Within it, a new “Business Reports” module appears for authorized users.

Report Management Dashboard:

  • On the Business Reports page, users can view a summary table displaying the status of all their generated reports:
    • Total Reports: Total number of reports generated.
    • Published: Reports that are ready to view or download.
    • In Progress: Reports currently being generated.
    • Failed: Reports that could not be generated successfully.
  • Quick actions items for generated Business Reports include viewing them in the browser, downloading as a PDF, or deleting them as needed.
Note: Users can only view reports they have generated; reports created by other users are not visible.

  • The Report builder displays sample (dummy) data; actual data will populate once the report is generated.

Report Sections:

Each Business Report is organized into key sections that provide a comprehensive view of the fleet’s operational performance, safety trends, and risk insights.

Note:

  • Sections can be added or removed using “+Add Section” or “Remove Section” while building a report
  • Users can reset to the default template or go back at any time during the report creation process.
