New Feature
The new Vehicle Compliance Dashboard in Insights empowers you with fleet-wide KPIs, smart filters, drill-down trends, and easy exports, making staying compliant simpler than ever.
We have introduced the Vehicle Compliance Dashboard under SafetyIQ Insights.
Until now, SafetyIQ primarily focused on Risk Segmentation, highlighting only vehicles or drivers requiring attention. With this new dashboard, users can now view a comprehensive fleet-wide overview, including key KPIs and individual vehicle performance trends.
This enhancement supports INSCO partners who need a complete list of vehicles with performance metrics, not just vehicles needing attention.
Along with other key highlights, it includes the following filters:
- Fleet Account Filter – Select the fleet from the drop-down list.
- Date Range: Allows selection of a custom time window for the fleet overview. By default, the last 12 months are shown.
- Vehicle Filters - Filter by VIN, Vehicle Name, Type, and Milliman Score Range.
- The score range is enabled by default but can be manually disabled.
- When enabled, both the lower and upper score limits can be adjusted.
- When disabled, the lower limit (0) is fixed, and only the upper limit can be adjusted.
Key Capabilities:
- Summary Cards: Summary cards provide aggregated fleet insights, such as:
- Average trips per vehicle: Shows the typical number of trips completed by each vehicle in the fleet over the selected period.
- Average mileage per vehicle: Displays the average distance covered by each vehicle within the chosen date range.
- Average drive hours per vehicle: Shows the average number of hours each vehicle is driven over the selected period.
- Vehicle Activity: Provides a fleet-wide list of all vehicles along with key KPIs such as Vehicle name, VIN, Milliman Score, Events per 100 miles, Total Trips, Total Mileage, Total Events, Drive Time (in hours), and Vehicle Make, Model, and Year.
- Vehicle-specific drill-down (accordion view) to see month-on-month trends for:
- Milliman Score
- Total Mileage
- Total Events
- Sort across all columns.
- Export capability: Download all data as CSV for further analysis.
