New Features:
The newly added Unassociated Events segment in the SafetyCam module on Azuga web enables you to view unassociated camera videos, recover missed footage, and associate cameras with the correct vehicles.
We have introduced a new “Unassociated Events” segment, a powerful capability that enables you to view unassociated camera videos directly from the SafetyCam main page on Azuga web.
Until now, footage from unlinked cameras wasn’t visible, which meant critical clips could be missed during incidents. With this update, you can:
- Recover important video footage from unlinked cameras
- Easily associate cameras with the correct vehicles
What’s New:
- New Segment – Unassociated Events:
- A new “Unassociated Events” segment is added under the “Segments” section for quick access to videos from unlinked cameras.
- Visible only to users with the new “Unassociated Events” privilege.
- New Access Privilege:
- New privilege: Unassociated Events
- Navigation path: Admin > Roles > Add/Edit Role > Admin tab > SafetyCam > Unassociated Events
- Enabled by default for the Admin role.
Key Highlights:
- Date selection and quick filters to locate footage faster
- Group by: Event, Date, Camera Serial Number, or None
- Default view: grouped by Camera Serial Number
- Since cameras are unlinked, Camera Serial Number replaces Vehicle Name in the view.

Requesting the right video just got easier! The new Timeline View in the SafetyCam module on Azuga web platform shows exactly when footage is available for cameras that are “online” or in “standby” mode. This helps you pick the right time before placing a request, making retrievals faster, smarter, and more accurate.
In the past, requests were often made without visibility into recording availability, leading to failed or delayed results. With Timeline View, you can now target only the time blocks with recordings, ensuring every request is quick and successful.
