New Features:

  • Users can now quickly give thumbs up/down on event videos directly from the SafetyCam main page or event video player. Feedback is submitted instantly and requires no page refresh, making it fast, simple, and accessible across all SafetyCam models. 
  • Order accessories like cables, SD cards, and batteries directly through the Fleet Web UI or by visiting shop.azuga.com. Access a smart catalog, enjoy seamless SSO login, experience faster checkout, and easily view or reorder past orders. 

Improvement:

  • Improved equipment tracking with clearer "WITH" status icons that display asset names. Additionally, a more intuitive left-to-right column layout across Admin screens and the mobile app enhances readability. Together, these updates simplify asset monitoring and deliver a more seamless tracking experience. 

New Features

Users can now quickly give thumbs up/down on event videos directly from the SafetyCam main page or event video player. Feedback is submitted instantly and requires no page refresh, making it fast, simple, and accessible across all SafetyCam models.

The new “Share Feedback” feature is now available across all SafetyCam models — Plus, Pro, AI, and Basic, as part of the latest update to the new SafetyCam experience module on Azuga Fleet Web. 

This release allows users to provide feedback on videos quickly and easily. 

Where You Can Share Feedback: 

The feedback option is available on: 

  1. The SafetyCam main page 
  2. The event video player 

How It Works: 

  • User can now: 
  • Hover over 👍 or 👎 (thumbs up/down) to view tooltip or feedback (on the main page).  
  • Click to give a thumbs up/down.  
  • Choose a reason from a list or type your own under “Other” (optional).  
  • Change your feedback by clicking the opposite icon or re-click to remove it.  
  • Feedback is submitted instantly, with no page refresh required. 

Note: On the event video page, tooltips aren’t shown since feedback options are already visible. 

Key Features: 

  • Share Feedback Privilege: 
    • A new "Share Feedback" privilege is available under Admin > Roles > Add/Edit Role > Admin tab > SafetyCam > Share Feedback.
    • Enabled by default for Admin roles. 
    • Disabled by default for Driver roles.

Note: The “Share Feedback” button appears on the SafetyCam main page and event video player only if this privilege is enabled. 

  • Account-Level Control: Only one feedback entry is allowed per video per account. 
  • Performance Optimized: Built for speed and stability, with no impact on load times or responsiveness. 

Note: This feature is available only in the new SafetyCam experience module on Azuga Fleet Web.

Azuga has launched a dedicated e-commerce platform to streamline the purchase of accessories like cables, SD cards, batteries, antennas, and more. Customers can now place orders directly through the Fleet Web UI or via shop.azuga.com in just a few steps. 

Key Features: 


  • Smart Catalog: Automatically displays compatible accessories based on installed hardware upon login. 
  • Quick Checkout: Streamlined checkout experience with SSO login and direct payment for a fast and secure transaction. 
  • Order History: View past orders and reorder with ease.

We’ve introduced key improvements to equipment tracking across the Azuga platform, focused on enhancing clarity, stability, and user experience in asset management workflows. 

Key Features: 

  • WITH Icon Now Displays Asset Name: 
    • The “WITH” status icon has been enhanced to show the associated asset’s name across Admin, History, and Reports. This makes it easier to quickly understand which asset the equipment is currently with. 

Under Admin Module: Go to Admin >> Equipment. 

Under Equipment History: 

  1. Go to the top-left corner and change the drop-down to Equipment Live. 
  2. In the All Equipment panel, find your desired address card and click See All Equipment. 
  3. Locate the desired equipment and click See Details. 
  4. On the equipment overview screen, click History. 

Under Reports Module: Go to Reports >> Equipment Summary Report. 


  • Optimized Column Order: 
    • Column layout across Admin screens and the mobile app has been reordered for improved readability, following left-to-right flow patterns consistent with our updated UI standards.
