Fleet Insurance - SafetyIQ 12.2.0 Updates
New Feature:
- AI-generated Fleet Insights are now available on the Fleet Dashboard, providing detailed performance insights for specific INSCO accounts. These insights are auto-generated on the 8th of each month, based on a minimum of 6 months of historical fleet data.
Improvement:
- All dashboards under the Performance and Utilization module have been enhanced to support clickable fleet names in the ‘All Azuga Fleets’ view, allowing users to quickly access individual fleet insights from the table.

With this release, SafetyIQ is now AI-powered. We’ve introduced ‘AI Insights’ on the ‘Fleet Dashboard’ to provide detailed fleet performance summaries for specific INSCO accounts. These insights are auto-generated on the 8th of each month, using a minimum of 6 months of historical fleet data (preferably up to 12 months) to generate meaningful summaries.
The following INSCO accounts in SafetyIQ are currently eligible for AI Insights:
- Cinci
- FrankenMouth
- Church
- GAIG
- RLI
- Grange
Note: If a fleet lacks sufficient historical data, the AI Insights will not be generated.

How to Access AI Insights:
- Hit Cmd+K (for Mac) or Ctrl+K (for Windows).
- Search for any of the INSCO accounts listed above.
- Go to Fleet Dashboard >> Select the desired fleet >> Click ‘AI Insights’.
Key Points to Know When Generating AI Insights:
- AI Fleet Insights are auto-generated on the 8th of every month.
- A ‘New’ superscript appears next to the ‘AI Insights’ button from the 8th to the 15th, indicating a new summary is available.
- After the 15th, the ‘New’ superscript disappears, but the summary remains accessible until the next refresh on the 8th of the following month.
- Clicking ‘AI Insights’ for the first time each month initiates a 20–30 minute processing window before the summary becomes available.
- With these AI-powered summaries, users can quickly grasp a fleet’s risk profile at a glance, without needing to scan the entire dashboard. They can also click on individual data points within the summary to explore detailed information.
| Important: AI Fleet Insights are generated using a minimum of 6–12 months of historical data for each fleet. These insights are independent of the calendar date range widget on the Fleet Dashboard. |
Export Functionality:
AI Summary insights can be exported for easy data sharing and reporting.
