Can the new SafetyCam Plus and SafetyCam Pro capture impact events when the vehicle is parked?

Yes. Both the SafetyCam Plus and SafetyCam Pro use a g-force-based accelerometer sensor to detect impacts. There is no minimum speed threshold, so even stationary impacts will trigger event recording.

For impacts that occur while the SafetyCam is in sleep mode, video recording will begin immediately after the event is detected.
