The Fleet Engagement Dashboard, newly added under the Performance & Utilization module, allows carriers to track fleet managers’ activity on the Azuga Fleet web app. Higher engagement serves as a key indicator of fleet safety, as increased monitoring enhances oversight and reduces risk.
The Fleet Engagement dashboard is a newly added feature designed to help carriers monitor how actively fleet managers engage with the Azuga Fleet web app for their insured accounts. Engagement levels serve as a key indicator of fleet safety performance, as increased monitoring of fleet data generally leads to better safety outcomes.
Carriers have observed a strong correlation between higher engagement and improved fleet safety. More frequent monitoring and active participation by fleet managers contribute to better oversight, ultimately reducing the fleet’s overall risk profile.
This feature tracks engagement exclusively on the web app and does not include data from the mobile platform.
Note:
The dashboard will dynamically update and reflect the data based on the selected filters. |
Dashboard Breakdown:
- Fleet Engagement Summary: This section provides an overview of engagement metrics on the Azuga Fleet web app across all selected fleets.
Key metrics:
- Total Users: Displays the total number of fleet users who accessed the web app within the selected time range.
- Avg. Time on App: Shows the average time (in hours) spent by fleet users on the web app per month within the selected timeframe.
- Avg. Account Usage vs. Safety Trend: This section visually represents the relationship between engagement levels and fleet safety. The graph helps determine whether increased engagement leads to improved safety scores.
Graph Details:
- Pink Line (Events/100 miles): Represents the number of safety events (e.g., harsh braking, speeding, etc.) per 100 miles driven.
- Green Line (Total Active Days): Represents the total number of days fleet managers actively used the platform during the selected timeframe.
Key Insights:
- Inverse Relationship: The graph helps visualize whether higher engagement (more active days) leads to fewer safety events/100 miles.
- Hover Feature: Users can hover over data points to view exact values for events/100 miles and active days for each month.
- Fleet Engagement Metrics: This table provides a detailed breakdown of engagement data by fleet, enabling deeper analysis of individual fleet performance.
Metrics Included:
- Fleet Name: Lists all fleets included in the engagement analysis.
- Total Users: Displays the number of fleet users/managers within the fleet account.
- Avg. days active (per user/month): Represents the average number of days each fleet user logged into the Azuga Fleet web platform per month. Higher values indicate greater engagement.
- Safety Score: Reflects the fleet’s overall safety performance. A higher score indicates better safety practices.
- Events/100 miles: Shows the average number of safety events/100 miles driven. Lower numbers indicate safer driving behavior.
For a specific Azuga fleet, the table offers a detailed breakdown of individual user engagement with the Azuga Fleet web platform.
Metrics included:
- Name: Lists the names of individual fleet users.
- Email: Displays the email address associated with each user.
- Avg. days active/month: Represents the average number of days each user actively logged into the Azuga Fleet web platform per month.
Improvements:
The Program Dashboard now includes a TSP filter, allowing carriers to sort fleet data by specific Telematics Service Providers (TSPs). This enhancement simplifies performance analysis across providers, offering greater clarity for carriers managing multiple fleets.
The Program Dashboard now includes a TSP filter, allowing carriers to refine data by selecting specific Telematics Service Providers (TSPs) such as Azuga, Geotab, Samsara, Verizon, Lytx, FleetUP, Quartix, etc.
This enhancement helps carriers focus on specific fleet data, making it easier to analyze and compare performance across different TSPs. It is especially beneficial for carriers managing multiple fleets under different providers.
Key Features:
- Carriers can filter by one or multiple TSPs.
- The dashboard dynamically updates based on the selected TSPs.
- Enhances data clarity and efficiency for better decision-making.
- Enables carriers to view fleet groups by TSP on the Program Dashboard.
The Fleet Benchmarking Dashboard now offers improved chart visibility for enhanced clarity and usability. The Events/Miles Distribution chart features updated line colors and now defaults to a trend line view, simplifying fleet safety trend analysis. Users can also switch to a bar chart if preferred.
The Events/Miles Distribution trend charts have been improved for better visibility and usability:
- Enhanced Line Chart Colors – Improved contrast for better readability.
- Default Trend Line View – The trend lines are now the default display instead of the bar chart.
- Optional Bar Chart View – Users can switch back to the bar chart by unchecking the "Show Trend Lines" option.
Export Page: These trends are also reflected in exported files for easy reference and sharing.
