How can i enable OEM-Connected Telematics for my GM vehicle?

To activate this solution for GM vehicles, follow these steps: 

  1. Check vehicle compatibility:
    1. Submit the Vehicle VIN for any GM vehicles by emailing it to Azuga sales representative or customercare@azuga.com.
    2. The team will confirm which vehicles are supported and provide additional instructions for activation over email.
  2. Review the OEM offering and place an order through your Azuga Sales representative or Customer care team.
  3. Activate the OEM Telematics solution for your GM vehicle by providing consent. Refer to the Azuga Integrated Solution for GM document for more details.
  4. Take the first trip to confirm that your vehicle is being tracked on the Azuga portal:
    1. Navigate to the Live Maps to see the live location of the vehicle.
    2. Drill down to the Live Maps-Breadcrumb to view detailed trips and events.
