How can i enable OEM-Connected Telematics for my GM vehicle?
To activate this solution for GM vehicles, follow these steps:
- Check vehicle compatibility:
- Submit the Vehicle VIN for any GM vehicles by emailing it to Azuga sales representative or customercare@azuga.com.
- The team will confirm which vehicles are supported and provide additional instructions for activation over email.
- Review the OEM offering and place an order through your Azuga Sales representative or Customer care team.
- Activate the OEM Telematics solution for your GM vehicle by providing consent. Refer to the Azuga Integrated Solution for GM document for more details.
- Take the first trip to confirm that your vehicle is being tracked on the Azuga portal:
- Navigate to the Live Maps to see the live location of the vehicle.
- Drill down to the Live Maps-Breadcrumb to view detailed trips and events.
