Are the equipment beacons waterproof or water-resistant?

The equipment beacons are classified as waterproof according to their IP67 rating. This rating means they are protected against dust and can handle temporary submersion in water up to 1 meter (about 3.3 feet) for up to 30 minutes. However, they are not intended for prolonged or deep submersion.
