How to customize schedule reports?
There are 3 steps to successfully schedule a report on Fleet 2.0. They are:
1. Fill in the Details: Step at which you enter all the required details of your report, such as Report name, output format, and Data Columns.
2. Add Filters: Step at which you can add various customization to streamline the content of the report. For example, the report should be detailed or be summarised version.
3. Provide Report Delivery information: Step at which you customize the delivery details of the report. For example, add the list of recipients, and frequency of report delivery.
After scheduling a report, you can customize the steps and their associated details to generate a report with the desired data at the time or time interval of your choice.

Step 1: Details
A. How to customize the name of the Scheduled Report?
- Go to Reports >> Scheduled Reports.
- Select the Scheduled Report you want to edit.
- Click the edit icon (on the left of the Report name).
- Edit the current name in the Report Name field.
- Click Next >> Schedule.
B. How to customize the Scheduled report export format?
1. Go to Reports >> Scheduled Reports.
2. Select the Scheduled Report you want to edit.
3. Click the edit icon (on the left of the name of the report you want to edit).
4. Under the Reports Format, Select the desired format (PDF or XLSX).
5. Click Next >> Schedule.
C. How to customize Scheduled Report Columns?
1.Go to Reports >> Scheduled Reports.
2. Select the Scheduled Report you want to edit.
3. Click the edit icon (on the left of the Report name).
4. Under the Reports Column, select the columns you would like to view.
5. Click Next >> Schedule.
Note: The list of column names varies according to the Report Type.
Step 2: Filter
A. How to customize the list of drivers/ vehicles/ assets/groups in the scheduled report?
1. Go to Reports >> Scheduled Reports.
2. Select the Scheduled Report you want to edit.
3. Click the edit icon (on the left of the Report name).
4. Skip to the Filter section by clicking the Next button (on the Details section) and
Select the drivers/assets/vehicles/groups whose information you would like to view in the report.
Step 3: Delivery
A. How to select the recipients of the report?
- Go to Reports >> Scheduled Reports.
2. Select the Scheduled Report you want to edit.
3. Click the edit icon (on the left of the Report name).
4. Skip to the Delivery section by clicking the Next button (on the Details and Filter section).
- Select the users to whom you want to send.
Note: If the user/ user group is not available, you can add the email address in the CC field.
6. Click on the Schedule button.
B. How to set the Report run frequency?
1. Go to Reports >> Scheduled Reports.
2. Select the Scheduled Report you want to edit.
3. Click the edit icon (on the left of the Report name).
4. Skip to the Delivery section by clicking the Next button (on the Details and Filter section). Under Report Run Frequency, select an option on the basis of how often would you like to receive the report. The frequency options are:
- Weekly
- Daily
- Quarterly
- Semi-annually
- Annually
6. Select the exact time at which you want the users to receive the report (according to the userβs timezone).
7. Under Expiration, select the date and time at which you want to stop receiving the report.
8. Click on the Schedule button.
Note: According to the Report Run Frequency option selected, you can view the upcoming scheduled report dates on which you receive the report on the right.
C. How to customize the Scheduled Reports page?
You can customize the list of scheduled reports in various formats:
1. Group the list of reports in two ways by enabling the Group Data switch. They are:
a. By Report type - Group them according to the Report type selected during its origination.
b. By Frequency- Group them according to the Frequency type selected.
2. Perform actions such as Edit and Delete Reports.
3. Customize the columns by selecting the columns you want to view from the Show/Hide Columns drop-down menu.
