Improvement:
We are excited to announce a comprehensive enhancement to our Quick Filter feature on Livemap and Breadcrumb Page. These updates are designed to improve your ability to access critical information, manage fleet data more efficiently, and respond quickly to key performance indicators (KPIs).
What’s New?
- Default Expanded View:
- Immediate Access: The Quick Filter will now be expanded by default when the LiveMaps or Breadcrumb page loads, ensuring that KPIs are immediately visible. This feature streamlines your ability to spot and address issues, allowing for quicker responses to fleet problems.
- Updated Labels:
- Clearer Information: Labels have been refined for better clarity and relevance. The new labels are:
- Device Unplugged
- Idling
- Speeding
- Braking
- Acceleration
- Cornering Events
- Low Battery

- Dynamic Re-Ordering of KPI Tiles:
- Efficient Monitoring: KPI tiles are now dynamically re-ordered from the highest number on the left to the lowest on the right. This arrangement helps you quickly identify critical metrics, making it easier to prioritize and respond to significant data.
- Toggle Visibility:
- Improved Interaction: You can now toggle the visibility of the Quick Filter by double-clicking outside of a KPI tile or label. This interaction lets you open or close the Quick Filter with ease, enhancing overall usability.
- Tile Selection Enhancement:
- Focused Analysis: Clicking on a KPI tile will highlight it with an outline and gray out other tiles. To clear the filter, click on the activated filter tile, which will reset the filter and restore the display of all KPI tiles.
- Message for Zero Metrics:
- Clarity and Reassurance: KPI tiles with zero metrics will not be displayed. If no exceptions are present, a message reading "Great news, no exceptions right now" will be shown, providing immediate reassurance of a clean status and reducing data clutter.
- Automatic Filter Clearing:
- Streamlined Filtering: If an Event or Group filter was applied before selecting a KPI tile in the Quick Filter, all previously applied filters (including Events and Groups) will be automatically cleared. The selected Quick Filter tile will then be applied.
We believe these updates will significantly enhance your ability to manage and interpret fleet data effectively.
