How to add a vehicle?
For a video explanation of the Vehicles section, please refer to the following link:
- Go to Admin >> Vehicles.
Click the Add Vehicle button.
Fill out the form with the required details.
Important: It is mandatory to fill some fields in the form. These fields will be marked with an asterisk *.
4. Then, click the Submit button.
Note: For better visibility and experience, click on the Expand icon on the top right corner of the dialog box, to view the complete form.
How to add multiple vehicles at a time?
- Go to Admin > > Vehicles.
Click Download a sample spreadsheet (right side of the page) to download the sample spreadsheet.
- Fill out the spreadsheet with the required details.
Important: It is mandatory to fill some fields in the form. These fields will be marked with an asterisk *.
4. Click Choose File. Select the filled-in spreadsheet from the file chooser.
5. Click Upload Spreadsheet.Note: Make sure you have entered the correct vehicle information and OBD Device serial number.
How to view the live map page?
- When you first log in, Live Maps is the default landing page.
- Click on Full screen icon to expand the map.
- Click the Zoom - in button on the left of the map, to zoom in to the map. Click the Zoom-out button, to zoom out from the map.
Note: To zoom in you can also double-click on the location/vehicle on the map. You can also zoom out/zoom in by using the scroll wheel on your mouse
4. There are two refresh intervals, Instant and Customized interval. To set the desired interval:
- Go to Live Update Settings, click the drop-down arrow. Under Select Mode for Updates section :
Instantly - To get instant Live Map updates
Periodic - To get updates according to the customized interval
5. Click Save Settings.
How to find vehicles that have sent locations during a specified period?
- On the bottom right corner of the Live Page, click Find Vehicles nearest to an Address button.
- Select the Time Period tab.
Enter a time period in days or hours.
- Click Find Vehicles.
How to find vehicles near a specified address?
- On the bottom right corner of the Live Page, click Find Vehicles nearest to an Address button.
Select the Address tab.
- There are two options to refine your vehicle search near a specified search. They are:
- Nearest to an address
- Nearest to a zip code
- Enter an address in the Nearest Address text box.
- Enter the radius in the Radius from address/landmark text box.
- Enter a duration in the Exclude vehicles that haven't reported in text box.
- Click Find Vehicles.
How to generate a Trips report?

- Go to Reports >> All Reports >> Trips.
- Use the date picker, select a time period.
Note: The default date range is the current week.
3. Select the Filter button to add the following set of information to the report.
- Filter - Filtering the information by various states of Ignition of the vehicles
- Report Type- The report can be based on
- Vehicles/Assets
Driver
On the basis of the report type, select the vehicle/assets or drivers from the list.
Note: If your report type is Vehicle/Assets, you can add the various Vehicle/Asset tags for enhanced filtration.
4. Click Generate Report.
How to generate a fleet summary report?
- Go to Reports >> All Reports >> Summary.
- Use the date picker to select a date range.
Note: The date range in date picker selected by default is the current week.
3. Select the Filter button to add the following set of information in the report.
- Filter - Filtering the information by various states of Ignition of the vehicles
- Report Type- The report can be based on
- Vehicles/Assets
Driver
On the basis of the report type, select the vehicle/assets or drivers from the list.
Note:
- If your report type is Vehicle/Assets, you can add the various Vehicle/Asset tags for enhanced filtration.
- Select the Exclude overnight stop time checkbox if required. On selecting the option Exclude overnight stop time, overnight stop time is subtracted from Total Stop Time calculations
4. Click Generate Report.
