How to check the camera health from the Status: AI SafetyCam report?
- Ensure that the camera has a vehicle association. Only cameras with a vehicle associated will appear in this report.
- Verify that the last connected status matches the vehicle's trip end. If there is a mismatch, check if the camera installation is done properly.
- “Recording Availability” should be available. If not available, check for the “Alarm”.
- “Calibration State” should be Yes. If not, perform calibration.
- There should not be any “Alarm”. If there is an “Alarm”, follow the “Recommendation” to fix it.
