How to check the camera health from the Status: AI SafetyCam report?

  1. Ensure that the camera has a vehicle association. Only cameras with a vehicle associated will appear in this report.
  2. Verify that the last connected status matches the vehicle's trip end. If there is a mismatch, check if the camera installation is done properly.
  3. “Recording Availability” should be available. If not available, check for the “Alarm”.
  4. “Calibration State” should be Yes. If not, perform calibration.
  5. There should not be any “Alarm”. If there is an “Alarm”, follow the “Recommendation” to fix it.
