What are the troubleshooting steps for Live Streaming?

  1. Check if the camera has a vehicle association.
  2. If the camera is installed correctly and in a good network connectivity area, live streaming should be possible.
  3. If steps 1 - 2 are followed, and live streaming is still not possible, contact customercare@azuga.com.
Note: Aux cameras feed will not be visible in live streaming when the vehicle ignition is off. This is because the Aux cam is connected to a non-constant power supply, allowing live streaming only when the vehicle ignition is on.
