How to mount an Auxiliary Camera?

To mount an Auxiliary Camera, follow these steps:

  • For flush-mount cameras (rear cameras):
    • Screw the mounting bracket attached to the camera into the vehicle structure at the desired location.
    • M5 machine screws (stainless steel or zinc anodized) with pan heads and M5 rivet nutserts
    • M6 machine screws and nyloc nuts and washers. If you attach the camera to a single panel, you also need a support plate behind the panel.
  • For wrap-mount cameras (side cameras):
    • Place the silicone pad along the top of the camera.
    • Slide the hose clamps through the slots at the top of the camera.
    • Place the hose clamps around the desired location on the vehicle and tighten them with the attached screws.
    • Verify that the camera is secure enough to stay in place.
